I put my heart & soul into every single skin I tan. Hides I tan are all naturally tanned, they are indeed strong, but are not invincible to abuse or improper care.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase then send it back to us in perfect “as new” condition within 7 days for a full refund of the purchase price.  A 80% refund will be given upon return of the goods. If the item or product is damaged due to negligence, disregard or improper care on your part. A refund is not able to be given.

Incorrect goods ordered may be exchanged.

Jaydon/TTNZ is not responsible for covering the costs for the return postage charges or any additional postage for the replacement goods.

You need to use a courier with track & trace. Please provide the tracking number to us as soon as possible.
