I put my heart & soul into every single skin I tan. Hides I tan are all naturally tanned, they are indeed strong, but are not invincible to abuse or improper care.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase then send it back to us in perfect “as new” condition within 7 days for an 80%refund of the purchase price.  A 80% refund will be given upon return of the goods. If the item or product is damaged due to negligence, disregard or improper care on your part, a refund is not able to be given.

You need to use a courier with track & trace. Please provide the tracking number to us as soon as possible.

Everything I make is made by hand & all my hides are traditionally prepared. Therefore, a lot of time is required in order to tan the hides. Prior to getting in touch with me, I would suggest thinking as to whether you are able to afford the investment required for the leather or products I produce. I manage marketing, financing, responding to emails, web design, the producing of product, processing of hides, cutting, sewing etc. So it’s naturally quite a lot of work to run this business.
